Cancellation Policy

Welcome to MamaLaps' Website Mamalaps.com. This website is operated and managed by MamaLaps (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Website, it shall be deemed that you accept the terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) and certify that you are above the age of majority.
We reserve the right to make changes to the MamaLaps Website and this Agreement, Privacy Policy, and other policies at any time. We suggest that you review the current Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and other policies each time you visit the Website. In case you are not satisfied with the Website, its content, or Terms and Conditions of Use and/or policies, you have the remedy to discontinue using the MamaLaps Website. By continuing to use the Website after posting any change regarding terms and conditions, privacy policy, and/or other policies, it shall be deemed that you accept the terms and conditions and policies as modified.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please return the product(s) in their original packaging along with a remark within 7 days of delivery. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to the unavailability of our logistics partners, then you may be requested to send such products through any available courier service.
All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt/invoice, a return/exchange authorization number, and must be in unopened, saleable condition; otherwise, they will not be accepted. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
Replacement Clause
If we have delivered the wrong product, then it will be the responsibility of the customer to inform us within 2 business days, either by sending an email or by contacting our customer care cell (the details of which are provided in the “Contact Us” section of the website).
Please return the product(s) in their original packaging along with a remark within 7 days of delivery. Please note that the courier expense will be borne by us, and after confirmation, the correct product will be dispatched within 4–5 business days.
Changes and Cancellation
Any item additions, quantity changes, or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final; however, item cancellations and quantity changes may be made before the order is shipped.
We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other issues with the selected payment method.
Cancellation of Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall apply regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received.
In such cases, 100% of the payment received shall be refunded, and you shall be informed accordingly.
Duplicate Clause
If you have placed an order for a particular product twice by mistake and would like a refund for one transaction, then you need to inform us within 2 business days, either by sending an email or by contacting our customer care cell (the details of which are provided in the “Contact Us” section of the website).
Please note that the courier expense, if applicable, will be borne by you. The amount will be refunded within 7–8 business days or as per the policies of the respective bank, which will determine when the amount is credited to your account.
